Large student residence building in the evening

A full façade refurbishment project is ongoing. Student accommodation, housed in the IQ Building in Manchester, is being upgraded to improve the structure safety and integrity. 

Design work includes:

  • Soffits
  • Timber Terraces
  • Projecting Window Pods
  • Telling Terracotta Rainscreen
  • 3mm Alum PPC panels

All engineered to be installed with manufacturer approved helping hand brackets and rails.
