Northern Regional College is a £45 million capital project, fully funded by the Department for the Economy, to develop a new state-of-the-art campus in Ballymena. KFK Design Project Details as below:

Development proposals for this prominent city centre site in Dundee include a new Regional Headquarters totalling 76,000 sq.ft pre let to BT PLC and two ground floor café units. A second building provides a further two retail units and 16 flats.

Plevna Crescent is a planned four-block, residential development in Haringey, London N15. The design for this 72-unit housing scheme embraces the existing landscape and responds to neighbouring residential areas to create a strong sense of place and community for future residents.

KFK are delighted to continue our growing relationship with Curtis Moore Ltd by being appointed as principal façade designers on the new Spen Valley Leisure Centre being constructed by Kier with Ellis Williams Architects.

The contract itself features multiple rainscreen elements and a prominent ‘Feature Box’ with materials from industry leading suppliers such as Sotech Ltd (TFC Plus System) and Etex (Equitone) amongst others.

Work began at Pitskelly Park to create Carnoustie Early Learning and Childcare Centre, in October 2019. Set to open in August 2020, the Centre will deliver childcare for local three and four year olds.

KFK Design are working alongside the main contractor, Robertson Construction, to provide comprehensive design plans:

  • Standing Seam Roof
  • Rain-screen Wall package

Plans for a nursery building

October 2019 work commences at the former Forfar Academy to create a new  Childcare Centre. Opening in August 2020, the Forfar Early Years Centre will provide care for local three and four year olds.
